Introduction of MQ Series High Efficient Ball Mill
MQ series high efficient ball mill is the most widely used kind of grinding equipment. Lipu MQ series ball
mill is widely used in various types of ores' beneficiation, electricity, cement and chemical industries.
With high comminution ratio, it can carry out dry or wet pulverizing and can meet demand for
sustainable large-scale production. The most widely used in the production of a variety of ores are wet
overflow ball mill and wet grate ball mill.
According to discharge mode, there are MQG series dry type grate ball mill, MQS series wet type grate
ball mill, MQY series wet type overflow ball mill, MQZ series peripheral discharge type ball mill;
according to liner type, there are A series of (high manganese steel liner, magnetic liner) standard type
and B series of (rubber liner, high aluminum liner, silica liner, ceramic liner) energy-saving type;
according to transmission mode, there are edge driving ball mill and center driving ball mill; according to
chamber quantity there are single chamber type, double chambers type and multiple chambers;
according to processing technic, there are open circuit and closed circuit (matched with classification
equipment). We are capable of designing non-standard, special ball mill as per client requirement.
Application:
MQ series high efficient ball mill is widely in the industry of mining (metallic minerals and non-metallic
minerals), cement, refractories, chemical, power plant, aluminum, building material, glass, ceramic,
steel slag and fly ash, etc.
Features of MQ series high efficient ball mill:
1. Traditional sliding bearings are replaced by double row roller bearings in small and medium size ball
mills to reduce energy consuming
2. Large ball mills adopt pitot pressure or hydrostatic bearings.
3. Air clutch system for starting the motor safely
4. Alternative synchronous or asynchronous motor
5. Low speed driving unit with lifting device, convenient for maintenance.
6. New Endurable wearing parts to increase service life of vulnerable parts.
7. Alternative PLC automatic control system Optional Accessories (drum sieve, Hydraulic wrench
mobile feeding settings)
