Eco - Friendly Wheel Type Stationary Stone Crushing Plant For Quarry
Wheel Type Stationary Stone Crushing Plants are specially designed for many years of usage in one
single, fixed location. Stationary Stone Crushing Plants are usually operated in large rock deposits. In
addition to large quarries or the mining industry, stationary crusher plants are also used in the processing
of recycling materials, such as demolition waste, concrete, asphalt, incineration ash, or steel slag.
Made-to-measure design
Several questions need to be answered first of all when designing a China stationary crusher plant: where
will it be located, and what material will be processed; what is the Max. Input Size and what is the
requested Output Size; what is the required capacity and what is the local industrial voltage? In order to
meet with the individual requirements placed on the stationary crusher plant, the entire plant is then
designed and set up in accordance with prevailing local conditions. A feature that all China stationary
crusher plants have in common is that several crushing and screening units cooperate, forming an
integrated system.

Preventing the emission of dust is an important aspect of materials processing. China stationary stone
crushing plants offer two options for doing so: They either feature water spray systems for binding the
dust, or special dust extraction systems. The entire plant can also be fully enclosed to protect the
environment from dust and noise.
We do completely customized plant packaging with conveyors, screens, support structures and stock piles
to suit the end product stratification requirements and site conditions.
