High Efficiency Grizzly Vibrating Feeder In Gravel Production Line

Working Principle:
Grizzly Feeder mainly consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator and motor. The vibrator is made up of two eccentric shafts which are located in special place by two gears. When assembling, the two gears must be matched according to marks. The motor makes two eccentric shafts rotate, which produces great vibration force. Under this impetus, the materials shall slide and be thrown forward, therefore, the machine acts as a feeder. When the material goes through grid bar above the groove, small material will drop through space between grid bars, so the machine also plays a screening effect.
