Introduction of Cement Ball Mill:
Lipu super fine cement grinding ball mill is designed according to the advantages and disadvantages of open circuit grinding system, making an important improvement on traditional cement ball mill. It not only has the advantages of open circuit, but has great improvement on the mill production compared to the ball mill with same specification.
Features:
We has enlarged the ventilation of cement ball mill and improved the inner conditions. Meanwhile we utilize new type liner, adjust the rotating speed of mill, optimize the lubricating parameters of bush and gear design, increase the operating stability and service life of mill, and improve the grinding efficiency.
The production of each QMG series ball mill has increased 20% compared to the same type ball mill under the same parameters, and the electricity consumption has decreased 10% to 12% per unit; in open-circuit grinding, the Blaine of cement could reach 320m2.p.kg, and the function of the entire equipment reaches national advanced level.
