Horizontal or Inclined Belt Conveyor System In Mining Metallurgy Coal Industry
Application:
Belt conveyor is adaptable to both stationary and mobile crushing plants, and it is widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. The transfer system can be one single or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipment according to various transferring requirements. And belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslant to meet the needs of different transfer lines.
Working Principle:
It can be operated in the circumstance temperature ranging from -20 centigrade to +40 centigrade. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor should be lower than 50 degree. The line support can adopt alumina or steel structure. The line can realize straight convey, turning, upslope or downslope convey as well as continuous convey, interval convey at adjustable speeds by the support of control system.
