Introduction of Cement Ball Mill
Cement Ball Mill is mainly used in powder making production line in industries, like mining, building materials and chemistry industries. It is the main equipment in coal powder preparation and mainly used for powder milling various hardness coals. It is also suitable for coal and ore milling system in cement, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries.
Types of Cement Ball Mill
a. dry and wet types.
b. lattice and overflow types, or center-discharge and side-discharge types
c. bearing mill and bushing mill
d. edge and center types
Notes: other type of mill, like rod mill, ceramic ball mill is also supplied.
Working Principle of Cement Ball Mill
The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
