100-1000t/d active lime kiln plant developed and designed by our company adopts “Preheater- kiln-cooler Process”, which has better flexibility of raw materials and fuel, with high activity of produced active lime, providing excellent raw materials for steel and alumina industry.
We are capable of offering a complete set of “preheater-rotary kiln-cooler” production line from input of raw material to output of finished products, together with engineering design of main and auxiliary facilities, equipment manufacture, civil construction, erection and testing, personal training, and project general contract.
Active Lime Kiln Usage:
Lime can be divided into ordinary lime and active lime according to the nature. The degree of activity is generally less than 200ml, which is mainly used for building and repairing roads. Active lime has a high degree with the value of 300-420ml as well as with advantage of high porosity, high reaction, and low consumption in process, controllable process, widely applied to the steel smelting, calcium carbide, chemical industry, desulfurization, etc.
Active Lime Kiln Advantages:
The successful industry application of environment-friendly, energy-saving active lime kiln with vertical preheater and vertical cooler breaks traditional pattern of lime production. Due to reduction of fuel consumption significantly and exhaust emissions, coupled with the adoption of pulse-packs dust-catcher purify exhaust, it not only greatly reduces production cost and the energy consumption, but also keeps emission in the calcinations process and protects the environmental.
Active Lime Kiln Features:

4. Fine grade limestone can be calcined, full use of mine resources.

6. Making full use of industrial waste gas as a fuel for lime burning (such as blast furnace exhaust gas, acetylene tail gas, charcoal blue exhaust, etc)
7. Kiln head adopts the design of vertical cooler integrating kiln head cover. The construction area is small, good sealing, effectively avoiding hot waste gas emissions unsystematically.
8. Environmental protection, the adoption of pulse bag filter dust collecting dust, discharge concentration less than 50mg Nm³/ and below national emission standard (less than 100mg/Nm³)
9. High automation level, the adjustment of production system operation, control and alarm adopts PLC to control in the control center room, improving efficiency.
