Application Field
1. Iron ore (ilmenite) processing plant:
As the high frequency screens are more efficient and have higher enrichment ratio, they are used to replace shaking fine screens, sieve bends, hydro cyclones in the iron ore concentrates in the iron ore concentrate controlling classification. Under the same condition, the high frequency screens have been improved the grade of concentrates from 0.5% to 3.0%, meantime reduced the water percentage in filter cake by 0.5%~1.0%.
2. Tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium processing plant:
The high frequency screens are used either to replace spiral classifier, hydro cyclone, or in combination with them in the classification. The ore-feeding size can be controlled and the over grinding because of the derichment of brittle, liberated minerals with large specific gravity can be avoided. And the high frequency screens have helped to improve the processing efficiency by raising the recovery rate by 8%~15%.
3. Quartz sand, feldspar processing plant:
The high frequency screens are used in the rod mill grinding-screening process flow. The particle sizes of the quartz sand are distributed in a wide range, therefore not easy to screen. After using high frequency screen, qualified products can be produced.
4. Kaolinite processing plant:
The high frequency screens with screens mesh 325 mesh are used to control final product size and to screen coarse minerals before the ore-feeding enters high gradient magnetic separator.
5. Metallic powder production:
To produce the metallic powder particles size 400 mesh~40 mesh.
Features of High Frequency Screen
1. Reliable high frequency vibrator, continuous and stable operation.
2. High vibration frequencies, low amplitude, the surface tension of slurry can be effectively reduced, which helps the segregation of fine-grained, heavy density feed, and therefore the fasten the undersize falling and benefit the undersize enrichment.
3. Multiple ore-feeding inlets; full use of screening surface; rectangular screening surface; high capacity; low energy consumption.
4. The screening surfaces are supported with rubber spring, which help to lower the noise and reduce the dynamic load of the device. No concrete foundation is needed.
5. The high polymer or polyurethane wear-resistant screening deck can be supplied upon customers’ requirement.
6. Polyurethane coating is optional for the feeder.
7. The Martin vibrator can be supplied upon requirement.
