Sticky Chemical Sludge Drying System , Rotary Drum Dryer Machine 30kw Power
Since chemical sludge components is very complex, it is very harmful to landfill. It must be dry before further treatment. Due to its complicated contents, it is very hard to dry completely.
This rotary drum dryer is specially designed for such sticky chemical sludge. According different viscousity and moisture contents, it can use double-helix, triple-helix rotary harrow type to make sludge fully contact with hot air and flash dry in surface. It efficiently prevents sludge cling to the dryer. In the first cylinder, the sludge water evaporation is faster, so the hot air temperature dropped sharply. To avoid the water being absorbed again, the waste hot air and evaporation will be discharged directly in the end.
There are special type guiding and lifting boards, which makes dry sludge transfer faster, wet sludge slower. Through the way, sludge will be dry evenly as requirement and don’t need to re-dry like traditional drying equipment.
